SocietyMax Cancellation & Refund Policy
SocietyMax is a SaaS based platform developed by Impeccable Softwares Private Limited and we believes in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- In the event of refund of the amount to the consumer for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the Consumer Once payment is transferred to society i.e. T+2 days. There is no refund amount will be entertained from SocietyMax. Refund will be only transferred from your society end.
- The Transaction Processing Fee inclusive of GST for Payment Gateway Facility – Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card shall be charged from SocietyMax Consumers and will not be refundable once the transaction is successfully done using payment gateway on SocietyMx.
- Any claim and claim of interest on cancellation and on refund amount will not be entertained.
- SocietyMax may change the terms and conditions and disclaimer set out above from time to time and can update our “Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy”.
